Patakaran sa paggamit ng PEOS ONLINE
Nakalahad sa patakaraan na ito ang paraan ng paggamit, mga kondisyon, pagkuha ng impormasyon at pagpapanatili ng seguridad ng pagkakakilanlan ng mga gumagamit o “Users” ng PEOS Online. Sa paggamit ng PEOS Online, kusang loob na pumapayag ang Users sa lahat ng patakaran at kondisyon na nakasaad at umiiral sa website na ito. Ang hindi pagtanggap o pagsang-ayon sa naturang kondisyon ay maaaring magresulta ng pagkansela ng kanilang access sa website.
Ang PEOS Online ay libreng gamitin ng lahat ng Users at walang hinihinging kabayaran sa paggamit nito.
Sa paggamit ng PEOS Online, kusang loob na pinapahintulutan ng Users ang POEA na mangalap ng impormasyon tungkol sa kanilang pagkakakilanlan at iba pang pribadong impormasyon. Ito ay maaaring kuhanin sa pamamagitan ng pagbisita sa website, pag-register, pag-fill out ng form na may kinalaman sa serbisyo at pagkuha ng kaalaman mula sa website na ito.
Ang impormasyong inyong isusumite sa website ay maaaring gamitin ng POEA sa pagbuo ng report, statistics, o survey na may kinalaman sa layunin ng ahensya.
Pinapahalagahan ng ahensya ang seguridad ng impormasyon na isinusumite sa website. Tanging awtorisadong miyembro lamang ng POEA ang maaaring makakuha ng impormasyon nakalap sa pamamagitan nito.

Bilang katuwang ng POEA sa pagbuo ng proyektong ito, ang mga kasalukuyang aplikante na miyembro ng WorkAbroad.ph ay maaaring makapag-login sa PEOS Online sa pamamagitan ng kanilang account sa WorkAbroad.ph. Kung kinakailangan, maaaring manghingi ng karagdagang impormasyon ang PEOS Online ayon sa kagustuhan ng pamunuan ng POEA.
Ang mga users ay maaaring makakita ng mga patalastas o mga links papunta sa ibang website na maaaring katuwang ng POEA sa pagbuo ng proyektong ito. Ang mga nasabing websites ay may kani-kaniyang umiiral na patakaran at ang paggamit o pagbisita sa mga naturang websites ay responsibilidad ng Users.

Job seekers further agree to use MyResume.ph or any information accessed through or found within the site for personal, employment-seeking, and lawful purposes. Job seekers may submit their résumés directly to any recruiter/recruitment agency/company that advertises on or through WorkAbroad.ph and/or JobOpenings.ph.
Job seekers may also choose to submit their résumés to WorkAbroad.ph and JobOpenings.ph in response to any advertised job opportunity or the said résumé be stored in the any of the two job hunting site's résumé databank. The résumé will be stored in the databank for a pre-determined period unless the user chooses to delete it.
A job seeker's résumé or personal information will only be available to registered recruitment agencies and companies. Should any of the said agencies/companies choose to have a copy of the résumé, MyResume.ph shall not be responsible or held liable in any way if the other end uses the job seeker's personal data for any purposes other than employment.
MyResume.ph does not warrant or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information disclosed in the website. Furthermore, MyResume.ph does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the site. Access to the site may be interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason.
MyResume.ph is not, in any manner, engaged in the recruitment, placement or referral of domestic or overseas contract workers. Advertisers, recruiters and companies alike, are both responsible for ensuring that their job openings submitted for inclusion on WorkAbroad.ph and Jobopenings.ph comply with all relevant laws and regulations separately set by the two job hunting sites. Any error, omission or inaccuracy in the information thus provided by advertisers are beyond MyResume.ph's control and accountability.
To the full extent permissible by law, MyResume.ph disclaims all responsibility for any damage or loss (including, without limitation to, illegal recruitment, financial loss, damages for loss in business projects, loss of profits or other consequential losses) arising in contract, or otherwise from the use of inability to use the website or any material appearing on MyResume.ph, or from any action or decision taken as a result of or in connection with using MyResume.ph or any such material.
